Not an albino. This American Black Oyster Catcher is leucistic. A condition that is characterized by a reduction in pigmentation in its feathers. The pigment in his eyes are normal for this type of bird. I think it gives it a very striking look. In the top photograph you see a normal and the leucistic together for some perspective.
